With this initiative, great progress has been made, such as savings and loan groups, small collective businesses and the organization of cooperatives. However, there are still many opportunities for improvement in areas such as trust, the distribution of responsibilities and the promotion of voluntary cooperation in the different activities carried out within the groups. This paper explores the contribution that Blockchain and its underlying technologies such as smart contracts and tokens can make to overcome these challenges, through the implementation of an incentive strategy called Token Bienestar.enCopyright © 2024, IEEEBlockchainSolidarity economySustainable developmentToken Bienestar: una herramienta basada en Blockchain para abordar algunos desafìos de la inclusión financieraToken Bienestar: a Blockchain-based tool to address some financial inclusion challengesproceedings-article
